Low impact without a pool or gym?

What are some good exercises that are low impact but can be done at home preferably in less than an hour a day?

Indoor "walking"
Tons of on-line videos that are low impact. If you like DVDs (check your local library).....they may have some as well. Also check your library for Prevention videos by Chris Freytag.
I like Leslie Sansone & Jessica Smith DVDs. These are "indoor walking." It's actually low impact aerobics with zero choreography. Simple & low impact.

Ride a bicycle - stationary bikes are boring but effective - You can also get an attachment to make a regular bike into a stationary bike.0
