GM diet?

Hello! I'm Katie from Ohio. I am on my 2nd day of the GM diet. I was just wondering if anyone else has tried or heard of or has any info on the GM diet?

    No! I had to google this. If this is the right one....this was called the Dolly Parton diet in the 80's, then called the "Fat Burning Soup Diet".....now it's a cleanse. Cleanses are fads....and not necessary if you have functioning kidneys & a functioning liver.

    Day 1: all fruits (except bananas)+ cabbage soup
    Day 2 all veggies+ cabbage soup
    Day 3: fruits & veggies (no bananas)......)+ cabbage soup.
    and on and on.

    Just put your stats in....pick an appropriate weight loss goal (2 pounds a week for you).....measure & log "real food." This will help you lose weight AND the things you learn along the way will help you keep it off.

    Fad diets are temporary changes you make. Temporary changes lead to temporary results. Been there done that.

    That sounds awful. How about just eating at a deficit and getting some movement in? Much more long lasting and enjoyable.
