Had the sleeve done. Can't get back to eating right after vacation.

I ate wrong on vacation, now I can't swing back to eating what I am suppose to. Please help.

I can relate. Really. But it's all in your head. If you have food in the house that you find hard to manage, get rid of it. Plan your meals in advance and stick to it. If you must have a treat, keep it in your calorie allowance.

Just get a bit tough with yourself and remind yourself several times a day why you want to lose weight.
