Hungry The Day Before Big Loss?
I weigh daily to see trends and such (and because I'm to impatient to wait for once a week), and I've noticed something odd. I find that I'm really hungry all day the day before a rather sudden drop. This has happened a few times, and it's always just my normal routine, no more or less food than usual, and I'm not usually hungry (cutting out junk and soda has me under my calories for now). Does anyone else experience this?
The drops I'm talking about are about 1lb from one day to the next, and don't just come right back.
