Supplements?? Need help!!!

I'm looking to loose weight and get muscle definition, not really looking for mass. What type of supplements would benefit weight loss and muscle definition with proper workout regiment?

    Are you deficient in any vitamins? Quick blood test will help you there! But it wouldn't really help you loose weight, though you might feel a bit more active.

    Try just eating at a deficit (MFP will calculate one for you) and as the fat comes off you will see the muscles!

    Eat at a reasonable deficit, get enough protein, lift heavy weights. BAM more muscle definition.

    You need a deficit and real food is better than supplements.
