Low Sodium Sides

Does anyone have suggestions for a fast, healthy, low-sodium starch side dish? While I love to cook and use fresh ingredients, sometimes, after a long day at work and trying to find time for a workout, I just want something fast . While I can throw together a quick salad or lean protein, try as I might, I cannot find a suitable fast starch that isn't loaded with sodium. Rice, pasta, etc...that you find in the pantry aisle of the local grocery store is incredibly high in it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
