Hey Y'all!

I'm 35, 5'5" and 197lbs.

Most of the weight I'm carrying I've gained in the last few years. I sit all day at work and its so easy to pack on the pounds without noticing. It was until a few months ago that I realized I no longer looked anything like myself.

Recently, my husband and I started Tae Kwon Do a couple nights a week to get active. In a short time he's seen a major transformation (Hooray!), but I'm still busting my size 16/18 pants (Boo!).

I thought since I hadn't seen many results from exercise, I'd try to better manage my eating. I hope I can hook up with other like-minded people (Friendsies?) and keep the motivation train chugging.
