I am a girl interested in losing 20 lbs. I am 5'8 and weigh around 150...someone please be my support and weight loss friend to help keep me on track?!?!?

I would like to help. By the way, 150 and 5'9" sounds pretty good to me. Are you sure you should weigh 130 @ 5'9"? Sorry for my doubt. As for me, I am trying to loose 5 pounds and I am up and down like a yo -yo. Lost 23 pounds almost 5 years ago. Felt great but 5 pounds crept up. Grumpy today!0
