Hey everyone! I was super active on this site since like 2012, but I started going through a LOT of stuff about a year and a half ago, and just this past February, I found out I'm pregnant! I'm due October 12th with a little baby boy (named Rodger!) So far, I've gained 12 lbs (I'm sure that'll be a different number come Tuesday at my 32 week doctor appointment lol) My doctor has complimented on how well I've done pacing myself on the weight gain, but I have recently become SOOOO unhealthy! I've been drinking pop again, and going out to eat every single day at least once a day! I am single and I live alone, so I have a hard time getting myself to cook at home because even if I save the leftovers, I'm never in the mood for the same thing twice :/ Just looking to chat with other expecting mommies or mommies losing weight post-baby! Any and all tips are appreciated, and feel free to add me! :)

You are not unhealthy because you're drinking pop and eating out but it would probably be to your and your baby's benefit to balance that out with eating plenty of fresh veggies, fruits, healthy fats like nuts, nut butters, olive oil, some cheese and avocado and proteins like chicken, fish, beef and eggs.
How bout eating mostly foods like these and sometimes special treats too?

I wouldn't worry to much sounds like your doctor is happy with your progress. Try to balance the treats with the nutrients you know the baby needs. Keep gong to your doctor appointments and try to enjoy the anticipation of that little boy.
We mommies are too hard on ourselves
