Hey,
I'm thinking of buying a cross trainer - mainly because the summer is nearly over where I live and so going out for walks will become more difficult and I want to try something which can exercise all my body.
Has anyone on here used a cross-trainer as their main method of exercise and would be willing to put pics of themselves up so I can see the benefits of getting one please?
