Do you like coffee, like coffee coolattas or Starbucks frappe? (I don't really drink those, so I don't really know exactly how those taste, but to give you an idea for comparison).

    My healthier version:
    Blend up in Vitamix:
    - 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Mocha Cappuccino
    - 2 tablespoon Trader Joe frozen organic spinach
    - 2 packs Truvia
    - 1/2 cup water
    - 2 ice cubes of frozen black/plain coffee
    - ~5 ice cubes

Can also add 1/2 frozen banana or avocado to make it a bit creamier, but I don't think it needs it, nor the extra carbs/fat.
Can replace the water with: milk/almond milk/soy milk

I blend up one of these before heading to the gym, do errands.
Hit the gym, and then drink it as I do my errands, such as grocery shopping. It really helps me not feel hungry, so I don't buy a ton of junk food.

    Also great for a 3pm afternoon pick-me-up.

    Amanda

    For mornings there's
Use one scoop of chocolate whey protein.
Add 1 spoon full of peanut butter
    Ice
    Almonds
    Milk
    Half a banana
And a cliff bar if you want.
    Tastes delicious

i don't like protein powders (get an aftertaste from them for some reason) so i blend up; 4oz banana (i precut and freeze mines, fresh they are 5-7oz), 1cp of unsweeten vanilla almond milk, 5oz nonfat plain yogurt, 1tsp unsweeten 100% cocoa, and add 2tbsp of NH hemp hearts.. 12g of good fats and 16g of protein' makes for a quick delicious (at least to my tastebuds) 15-16oz breakfast to go.

Are you looking for recipes or for an actual brand of protein? I've been hooked on protein worlds 100% pure whey concentrate and have seen good results from it.

I drink the GNC lean 25 protein shakes on the days that I work, and the Sunwarrior Raw Vegan shakes on my days off because I usually have more time to add things to them. Both of these shakes taste great to me.
