picture me and my proud self 4 miles into a run, feeling great and strong. then tripping on a pebble and falling flat on my *kitten*.

DOH!~

I am okay except maybe my pride as it was witnesssed by a bus full of children on thier way to school and some morning commuters. :embarassed:

    Heehee....thanks for the chuckle!

I'm always glad to know that there are other people out there that can be just as non-graceful as me............just the other day I was lifting the side of my shirt to get the sweat out of my eyes and missed a little bit of sidewalk that was raised from a tree root. I didn't fall, but definitely stumbled.......and just laughed it off!

The point is you kept running........great job :drinker:

I'm glad you were not injured and are able to laugh at this. I hope you popped up and said Ta-Daa!! That's what I always do when I stumble or fall. I'm the queen of what my friends and family have come to call my "disappearing acts" because one minute I'm there, and the next I'm not.

Haha! I tripped on a rock at a park last summer after having just passed a bike dude sitting on a bench. He heard the thud and yelled "are you ok??" and I just said "yeah!" and kept going because I was so embarrassed! Unfortunately, I had broken my finger and scraped my shin pretty badly! Oops! I finished 2 miles, though.
