Jogging pain

Jogging is a really great exercise, but I always find myself in pain when I run . For example , my ears become clogged and theres pressure in my chest like I'm underwater , then my nose and throat feels clogged (kind of like congestion during a cold?)
Is there any reason for these symptoms?
