Starting my journey !

As of this week, I have started my journey toward a healthier body inside and out. It's my goal to eliminate processed foods, incorporate exercise into my daily life, and to drop down to a healthy weight . What are some of you doing to keep the momentum going? How are some of u adding dieting and exercise to your lifestyle ?

    When I transitioned to a cleaner eating lifestyle, I started with incorporating a green smoothie every morning. Then I went to eating a big salad at lunch as well. Now I eat probably 90% of my diet is raw, unprocessed fruits/vegetables/nuts and seeds. Baby steps is the key.

    Routine was a major part for me. Getting up at the same time every day, including weekends, having my breakfast at a certain time etc. I forced myself to go to the gym on set days at a specific time whether I felt like it or not. I am trying to make it a habit and it's definitely working for me. I'm 3 months in and I hate deviating from that routine now. :smile:
