Just a rant...

I got a competition coming up in less than 7 weeks.
I'm going on a business trip this weekend, and I've packed some chicken breast cans and microwavable rice and other sources of carbs and protein.

I've left some space in my daily caloric intake so that I will be able to eat out with others.
I just hate getting weird looks whenever I'm eating my own food and tracking my macros.
I do freely eat out with my buddies and live comfortable life style, but with competition coming up, I really need to tighten down on a few things and don't really want to be estimating what I'm eating at restaurants.
