Goodbye!

Today I am going to be THROWING AWAY a packet of chocolate and half a bag of toffee popcorn.

This may seem extreme to some but I feel like it's something that I need to do for me. This does not mean that I will never eat chocolate or popcorn ever again, it just means goodbye for now. The reason being, I found myself a few days ago hiding my popcorn under my pillow so that nobody else would find it, I hid my chocolate in my bag so that nobody would find it in the fridge and eat it, and you know what?? I didn't even eat any of it and want it, it's just GREED!
I am going to take control over my actions, not the other way round.
This will remain a memory that bigger version of me did, no looking back.

    Good job!
It feels like, Sometimes food sneaks into my home when I'm not looking. Did I really buy those cookies?
I like showing them whose the boss by feeding them down the garbage disposal, and laughing!
Every now and then, I have to confront bad impulse buys. There was a time I would eat food I bought on impulse, because I had spent the money on it and didn't want to be wasteful. Now, I'd rather toss out bad choices while I'm strong, or they will
    ambush me when I'm weak.

That is just great!!! You have to think sometimes, what is more important, the waste of £££'s or the pile on of Ibs??
