How do I enter this on MFP? There is no cardio option for this

    You can use the general circuit training entry. Or create your own custom entries for each video. There is a couple of online calculators you can use to try and figure out cal burns but I found them to be very high in estimation. You could go the HRM route but they are not accurate for circuits or HIIT like T25. They can be up to like 25% off. It would give you a ballpark number to work with. When I did T25 I was burning somewhere between 300-400 cals depending on the video. I would only eat back about 60% of that burn and I was losing weight fine with MFP. Eventually I switched to the TDEE method and I just log my workouts as 1 cal burned and follow the caloric guidelines the TDEE calculator gave me. After some tweaking I found the sweet spot and the weight started falling off.
