I'm 1/3 of the way there! I've lost 20 pounds with diet alone, hooray!

This is by FAR the most successful I've ever been with dieting. MyFitnessPal is definitely a lot more useful than trying to keep track of calories on my own.

What's even more crazy, is I've had to lose all this weight without really any exercise at all. (the reason I gained a lot of this weight is that I have a muscle disease that keeps me from doing much more than walking a few thousand steps on a good day). I'm losing about 1.5 pounds a week and eating 1200 calories (I'm a pretty short female) a day, with the occasional 1400 calorie "splurge".
