Hi, I'm Ann...back again.
A couple of years ago I lost roughly 70 lbs and felt incredible. Incredible enough to think it was okay to over indulge in beer and pizza again. So guess what? In the last two years, 55 of those lost lbs returned home. Time to give them the boot again. Permanently. Looking for some supportive friends to help keep me accountable; feel free to add me!

    Hi I'm Terri , I've got about 30-40 extra that I'm trying to get rid if. A lot of it piled on in the last couple years...bad breakup, early menopause...good times! Anyway good luck in your journey

    I also have the similar story. Now I realize diets so not work bur only balancing what I eat and exercising more than ever! We'll do this!
