Meeting the macros

Hi All,
Is anyone else struggling to meet the daily macros? I'm finding it quite hard to get up to 1200 cals per day eating healthy food. And my fat intake is always well under suggested.
Background - Need to lose weight and my main problem is not eating properly, IE skipping breakfast and lunch and then gorging in the evening.
So trying to eat 1200 cals per day, spread over the day, in healthy food is proving hard.
Anyone else having this problem?

Do you like nuts? Almonds don't have many in a serving but the calories and fats are pretty high. If I am low, I usually having a small serving of them. And they are good because you don't have to eat many to hit your got if you aren't that hungry. But still healthy!0
