1. Ensure that you took your medication.
2. Exercise.
3. Eat some protein and fat, but no carbs (like egg salad with no bread.)
4. Check it again two hours later, if reasonable proceed with your day.
5. If over 250 DON"T Exercise. Exercise may make it go up. Instead, CALL your Doctor.
