at night when you have cravings , eat a few seedless grapes and the sweet craving will go away. I've tried peanuts too but grapes helpes ALOT !!!

    Grapes are great, but if I'm really jonesing, I'm going to eat a small sweet treat that includes protein. Do you think that foods are sexist in their effect on our bodies? Like men don't get cravings?

    No, that would never work for me. Grapes are fruit. Brownies are dessert. They are not the same.
