Busy working mom in need of motivation

Hey everyone! I have been using this app for a couple of years off and on. I am a working mom with an office job that keeps me sitting all day. I generally go home after work tired and unmotivated, prepare a meal my family will agree to and veg in front of the TV or worse on my iPhone. I get on the fitness wagon and then will fall off hard (especially this summer after an active roller derby season). I need to make fitness and eating well a life long habit and need some motivating Fitness Pals - please feel free to add me :)
