I need to tone my whole body. Any efficient and fast resulting toning exercises out there that I can use? I'm 5'5 and a half, female, and currently at 113 pounds. Thanks! :)

Lift weights. Try some bodyweight exercises to start. http://greatist.com/fitness/50-bodyweight-exercises-you-can-do-anywhere

I love me some wall sits! Do weighted lunges or squats. Check out a lifting program like StrongLifts 5x5 or New Rules of Lifting for Women.

"toning" is simply stripping fat to reveal muscle...but that also requires muscle which requires doing some kind of resistance work and eating properly...and a lot of time and patience.

a fitness body is derived from leading a fitness centric lifestyle...it's not "fast"...it takes time and patience and dedication.

Believe it or not, she’s 11 pounds HEAVIER (142 pounds) in the picture on the right (May 2011) compared to the picture on the left (131 pounds, October 2010).
