so i'm a teenager, lift 6-7 days a week and do HIIT training 7 days a week, I really wanna get ripped and drop body fat so I started carb cycling recently! I eat 1300 on low carb days and 1600 on high carb days (try to). Im just looking for any advice anyone has to offer for me!
