Hello I am runner (again lol) I was always active when I was younger and recently started running again thanks to my honey who bought me a treadmill to run at home because there is no way I could run anywhere else with 3 kids hahaha...anyhoo I was wondering if anyone possibly had an accurate graph or knows where to find one showing the benefits running with the treadmill inclined vs a flat surface...??
