Fitness videos for the uncoordinated?

My attempts at using fitness videos have always been extremely short-lived, because I am SO uncoordinated. I always feel like I'm just sort of flailing about aimlessly. Does anyone else have this problem, and have you found that it gets easier as you go, or do just remain as uncoordinated as ever?
I just started Focus T25, and even a lot of the modified actions just have me feeling like I'm going to trip over myself. I think I'm going to stick with it for now anyway, because it does at least have me working up a sweat.

Use fitnessblender.com as they have a really nice atitude for beginners and as you biold confidence then you can make progress. I dont like videos i prefer the gym and doing things at my own pace.0
