4.5 months postpartum

Hi, I had twins about 4.5 months ago and have a horrible body now. I'm barely getting the time to start doing things but going to a gym isn't an option for us yet and I need to get my body in shape. I need to know what I can do around the house for exercise to loose up to 60lbs. in my stomach, arms and thighs. Also, I'm at a loss of what foods to eat and not eat. I've never been very healthy and I'm just now starting, we'll trying.
