Is 200g or 300g of protein to much and how much protein do you need to gain a pound of muscle?

What's your calorie intake for the day? If you're up to 2800 then between those number would be alright. To answer your other question I'm just not sure. I know a lot of people stack carbs and other supplements like BC AAs things the optimize your test levels etc. in order to gain mass if that's what you're trying to do0

Muscle is not gained solely as a result of having consumed protein. What percentage of your total diet would 200g or 300g of protein represent? You'll want to eat some fat and carbs, too.0
