Job Causing Weight Gain?

So for the past three weeks I've been working at a daycare... I was really nervous about working here for a few reasons. I saw how huge the other women there were, and was worried that somehow I'd adopt their unhealthy habits that they picked up while working here.... ya see... the kids here get 5 meals a day: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and snack.... true, all the meals/snacks are organic and pretty healthy as far as kid diets go. But (in my opinion) that's still a lot of food. As workers, we are encouraged to eat with them to show them good table manners and bonding over meals. These women eat every meal, then go out to eat their own meal during lunch breaks.... idk what they do after work. I tend to only eat lunch or a snack with the kids... and even then, I only eat a small serving of something like steamed broccoli or snap peas (the occasional cup of animal crackers) (I still sit with thte kids during all meals though). and unlike most of the women, who just sit there rather than play with the kids, I run around chasing them and playing during our two recesses (only sitting when I need to hold and comfort a child).
Yet.... I have gone from 129 lbs to 135lbs. I am freaking out because it doesn't make sense. I am more active now than I was the few months before I had this job... I used to lay around the house and snack on unhealthy stuff. But now I am active with the kids, eating "fancy organic" snacks, having decent lunches (fruit smoothies, sushi with brown rice and protein), and only having a small snack when I get home.
Wtf is going on here!? Is the stress of this new job making me gain weight? I find that hard to believe... and I can't believe that any of this is actually muscle.

Must be eating more than you're realizing or something. Weight loss and weight gain are just calories in and calories out. Maybe you should start tracking what you're eating, start counting calories and see what you end up with. Whenever I plateaued or gained a little it was usually because I got too lax with tracking calories and was eating more than I thought.

Are you counting your calories? You may not be able to weigh the snacks at work, but you could try buying similar things and weighing them at home to get the portions right so you can log as close to accurately as possible.
