    Solo sexing....just keep a lot of AA batteries on hand and a good toy :wink: Well, for a woman anyway. I would think we would be burning a tiny amount of calories doing it...you know with the increased heart rate, blood flow etc Anyway yeah, being single does make for a lot of solo sexing.

    I read recently that it was found in a study that if a man loses 13.5kg (30lbs) of fat his testosterone levels increase to levels of a man ten years younger! So I guess the heightened libido will help to lose even more weight :) Yet another great reason to lose weight.
