    Resistance exercise, not cardio. I think the OP was referring to cardio. :wink:

    comfort sexing is like pizza, even when its not the best, its still pretty damn good!

    Sucks being newly single, not reaching my wieght loss goals b\c I can't find a sexing partner... new thread in the making.

    So apparently comfort sexing is better for you than comfort food, but what if you don't have a sexing partner. I guess you can do a solo workout, but that does not burn the same amount of calories and is not nearly as fun.

    How can I burn more caloires solo sexing?
