HELP!!!! i cant say no

I dont k n ow how to stop; we did a shop yesterday and bought all this food and now i dont know how not to eat it i am pretty sure im meantally addicted to eating ot ifnits in the house; i hate myself for this and some days i believe i can do this and then this happens and i cant not eat it, and no one is there to hold me accountable how am i going to do this if i cant say no???

Throw it out
Don't buy the food next time
Give it away
Take it to work or give it to someone heading to work
Store it in your car if possible
Store it out of sight somewhere in the house
Eat it up - chalk it up to a lesson learned and make a better decision next time
Exercise willpower and/or portion control

Portion control that! You already bought it so it would be a waste to not eat it. So my advice would be to eat healthy and exercise as usual, and if u have left over calories you can fit some of that other food in as a treat! Good luck0

Its not unhealthy stuff also for those sayingni bought it i care for my foster father and mother one who has MS and the othwr who had hip replacment im a live in carer/ loving foster daughter i cant throw it out its there for them too and its things like fruit bread not chocolate or lollies or chips or even ice cream i dont eat those things but thanks for the words of advice0

I struggle with this too. Ask yourself where you want to be when you consider eating something you shouldn't or overeating. If it doesn't help you, put it down. People like you and I need to realize that food is fuel and less of a luxury. Leave sticky notes on the food with your goals written on them so that way you see it every time you try to eat.
Don't be afraid of food. Your body needs food. Eat! But don't eat because you're bored, eat because your body needs it. Meal prep! I'm terrible about eating lunch so I make all my lunches for the week on Sunday. Hope this helps!0 -
