REintroducing myself

Hello everyone. I've been on the site now for some time it's probably been about a year and a half. I've lost 40 lbs since I started my fitness and weight loss journey however I'd still like to lose around 15-20 more. I'm reintroducing myself because I haven't logged seriously or gone to the gym on a consistent basis in a long time. I keep lying to myself and saying, "oh tomorrow I'll go to the gym" or "this is my last cheat meal" but I haven't been sticking to it. I feel myself beginning to lose all the muscle I gained as well as some unwanted fat. I really could use some new friends who will be staying updated and can help me get back on track!
