Workout routines?

I have been at the gym for 2 months now, which has most certainly paid off, losing 9 pounds in result of it. I go 4/5 times a week, 2 hours each day. I have had the same workout routine for 2 months now and would love to change it, so I am wondering if anyone has any ideas or would share their routine with me?
My current routine consist of:
CARDIO
20 minutes treadmill
20 minutes crosser aimee
10 minutes stepper
10 minutes rowing machine
ABS
100 sit ups
30 Russian twists
20 leg lifts
40 crunches
50 second plank
LEGS
50 second wall sit
60 squats
40 lunges
50 squats over step
50 jumping squats on step
ARMS
20 latch pull downs
20 rows
20 press ups

Any help would be appreciated :)
