Just now saw this on Tiffany's site and it caught my attention so I thought I'd share. I know sometimes it's so easy to get caught up in the trap of seeing only the outside of us and what's on the scale, when there's SO much more!

The Fat Loss Game
I have a lot of days where I just want to throw in the towel and give up. I get frustrated and feel like I'm not making any progress at all.
But then I stop and remember that not all progress is visible on the outside. I'm doing good things for my body on the inside by eating healthy foods.
Yes, fat loss can be a frustrating road. But you don't want your entire identity to become, "I'm fat". You are so much more than that. And if the progress on the outside is slow, that's okay. Love yourself where you are. Period.
Because the truth is, happiness is found in the moment. Not in the future of our dreams and goals, or the memories of our past. Happiness is what you make of it, and it's something you can only truly experience now.
So if you are struggling, know you are not alone. Know that you are still making progress, even if it isn't visible in the mirror. Know that you are wonderful just the way you are. No matter what size or shape you are.
You. Are. Amazing.
