Hey guys, im training 4 times a week i train each body part 2 times a week mostly compound exercises, monday/thursday bench press /Incline dumbbell press /military press/triceps pressdown
Tuesday/friday Squats/leg press/Deadlift/lat pulldowns/Cable row/pull ups/preacher curls
And i do all of them 3 sets of 6-10 reps
So my question is should i stick with these sets ? Or should i make it 4 sets ? Am k not over training ? I dont get any side effects tho regarding to muscle pain and extreme fatigue etc..

Don't get too hung up on reps. Set a rep range and if you can get a few more out do it0
