Success stories for going from healthy BMI to more lean?

Hi there,

Just curious. I've lost enough weight to be within the healthy weight range for my height. (5'9" 151.4 lbs. this morning). I've been around this weight for a couple years now. I still have extra fat I want to lose, though. I am working on weight lifting to build some muscle, but think I still need to lose some fat.

I LOVE seeing all the success stories on here, and it's always exciting to see the before and after pictures of people who have lost large amounts of weight. What I'd like to see or read about would be stories/pictures of people who were at a healthy BMI but who became more fit (either lost weight or body recomposition).

If there's already a thread out there like this, I'm sorry for repeating. Thanks in advance!!! :)

try the search feature- look for the thread about women lifting heavy. They always have a lot of B/A pics and many are going from healthy to fit/toned. And lifting heavy is def the route to go- it rocks!!
