Stretch marks on my arms are getting longer and lighter?

I've never had problems with the stretch marks on my arms before weightloss. They were only near my armpit and they were barely noticeable. Now though, since I've started seeing rapid weightloss results, the marks on my arms are creeping further and further down ...and they're much much lighter than my skin tone. Like, before weightloss I covered my marks fine with a normal tshirt. Now They're down to my elbows.
I know that there is no quick way to get rid of them. So my questions are...1.) I'm 18 years old...I have 38 more pounds to lose. Will my stretch marks be less noticeable at my goal weight? 2.) Also, unlike the light marks on my arms...the ones on my hips are dark in color. Light or dark, Which of the two is worse? 3.) Will they look too terrible at my goal weight? 4.) I just want to know if they'll get any better naturally?
