Reverting to original goals

I had not used MyFitnessPal for several months. When I logged on I was asked if I wanted to reset my goals and I clicked yes in error. Is there a way to revert back to my original goals? I want to stay with those as they were given to me be a dietician and the new goals are different but I cannot remember the precise details.

If you changed your goals on the Web version, then the previous goals (historical) should be saved in your Food Diary and you can look at previous days.
If you changed your goals on one of the mobile apps, probably not.
