All this week i have been up half the night tossing and turning, in and out of bed.
i haven't been getting to my workouts mid-day, so they have been pushed to after dinner; not my favorite time, but it works. It;s costing me in the morning, I usually try to work at 7:30, but i haven;t been getting up until 7:15 (i work in my house i don't even have to be presentable, but i like a good breakfast and some family time)

Any tips to get to sleep more easily? tonight i tried warm milk. I might take a melatonin as well, but this is silly. I love my sleep, what's wrong with me?

    when i work out late, my body is tired, my brain switch is stuck ON. course I already have issues with falling asleep, but late workouts do make it worse.
