Hi-
I broke 2 fingers on my left hand may/june... had surgery mid-june... now in PT 3 times a week relearning how to bend and straighten my fingers again. its been a process and a struggle, especially because I love lifting weights and find cardio completely boring.
anyone have any recommendations to help me not lose anymore of my upper body strength while I am still in the healing process?

Do you have access to a gym? What equipment do you have?
Can you put pressure on your palm?0 -
My friend smashed his finger- had to have half of it reattached- someone dropped a weight on it at the gym.
He used those arm cuffs to continue to train. Only sort of set him back by 4-5 weeks.0
