TDEE -20% Confusion

Hey MFPers!
I just recently started doing the TDEE -20% method, to help lose my last 15-20 lbs. I'm a 25 year old female, I'm 5'5 and I now weigh 134 lbs and 32.6% BF. (I started two weeks ago at 136 lbs). What's confusing to me is that although I've lost these two pounds, when I measure myself I've haven't lost any inches. What's even more confusing is that my stomach looks and feels fatter!! (I notice more rolls when I sit down, as compared to two weeks ago).
I try to eat as healthy as I can, but I do occasionally indulge in a few sweet treats (dark chocolate almonds, cookies, ice-cream). My sodium intake is not too high. I'm not eating as much protein though... I've been trying to eat 1700 calories a day (not eating back my exercise calories).
Also, I've recently gotten back into the groove of working out regularly. I usually do weights (using Jari Love DVD's) 3x a week for 50-60 minutes. I do cardio 1x a week, for about 30 minutes. (I'm using the light activity factor, for the TDEE calculations).
Has anyone else experienced this fat tummy issue? Is it normal??
Thanks!!!

Firstly with 3 hrs of lifting per week plus cardio I would suggest bumping up to 'moderately active'.
Secondly, as you're lifting you are probably retaining water which is probably why you feel 'fatter'. As long as you're accurately logging everything and eating under your TDEE you will not be gaining fat. M0
