Hello, im a new mom. my physical therapist recommended this app for me. It has actually been a very useful tool, but i am an introvert and dont really have any friends to help with advise or motivation. Ive been eating 1200 calories a day and drinking nothing but water and the occasional orange juice. I have very little knowledge of nutrition and could definitely use some extra help. Thank you -leeah

Hi Leeah, For nutrition, focus on protein. Especially if you're doing 1200 calories, a good portion should be protein so you stay satiated and it will help you maintain muscle mass during loss versus burning fat. Think protein first, vegetables second, fruit and grains third, and make sure you get some health fats - monounsatured like olive oil, avocado, etc.
If you have any specific questions, ask away and I'm sure plenty of people can answer.
From a fellow introvert, Jenn0
