Oh! And the day I came home after getting it done, I slept on my side, and I slept with an icepack on the upper side of my face. Then when it melted, I would roll over, my sister would bring another one, and I would sleep with the icepack on the other side. I truly believe this contributed to my face NOT puffing up like a chipmunk!

I can't remember, it was a haze of nausea and tears. I DO remember waking up the next night and crying when I saw my reflection bc I thought my swollen face was going to stay that way forever. If I know me back then though, I doubt I followed instructions, and it turned out ok. I think soup?

I looked like a bruised hamster. It was so awful.

I lived on instant mashed potatoes and pudding for three weeks. Despite doing all the "right things", I got dry sockets and it was the suck. Good luck!
Me too. Followed all the rules and 3 out of 4 ended up with dry sockets. Not sure what was worse the taste that was what I figure poo tastes like, or the crap they pack them with.
