I'm not really new to MFP, but I did stop using the site for a while (and predictably regained) so I've joined up again with a fresh account for a fresh start. Never did use the community function before, so I'm new to this side!
I'm rubbish at introductions. I'm 28, female, and I work in a hospital in the UK. At my highest, in 2011, I was 304lb; I'm now 119. Looking to lose a couple just to get back into my favourite dresses from last winter before it turns cold! I'm not on any special plans - I don't "eat clean", I don't restrict carbs - I just try to get enough protein and enough fruit and veg, and keep a good deficit going. Which usually doesn't leave much room for "junk" food, but I'm not averse to a treat if it fits or the very occasional afternoon off.
Not sure what else to say, really. Hi?

I don't "eat clean" either, but I definitely eat more than 700-800 calories! You can lose the weight without those extreme measures. You know that.0
