Hi! Would like to be added as a friend too
I workout 6 days a week 30 to 50 minutes a day and get my weight training from The Firm Dvds and usually do those every other day and walking workouts like Leslie Sansone the alternate days or Preventions Dvds which are a lot of fun when Chris Freytag is the instructor
