Hi. I'm losing 350-410cal every time I go to the gym, 6/7 times a week. Is this too much?

It all depends on if you are trying to lose weight the slow and steady path or faster plus if you workout too much and aren't feeding the body properly with the right nutrition experts say that can be detrimental. If your feeding your body right one day of rest is ok and if you're seeing the results you want then I would say keep up the good work! If your not getting the results you'd like maybe consider taking another day off and giving the body some extra rest.0
