Several years ago I dedicated myself to MFP. With what I learned I went from 260lbs to 180! I have since been married and I have just had my second child last month. With my first child my weight crept back up to 230. With my second child I remained very active and gained no extra weight. My husband will be home from Ft. Sam Houston in about 5 weeks. I do not have any crazy unrealistic goals to beat before he gets home however I would like to begin toning up for my own self confidence. He is very fit and athletic and is very supportive of my goals. The plan is for me to work out with him when he gets home. I want to have some endurance built up! Anyone who would like a MFP buddy that is consistent and serious about goals feel free to add me.
