Hello,
I'm on my second day. I have been living a very sedentary lifestyle for years. I work in front of a computer all day which doesn't help. I am tired of being tired, not feeling well, and gaining weight. I want more energy and want to avoid future health issues that I know are coming if I don't make changes. I have 4 years until my youngest child graduates from high school and we have an empty nest. I want to enjoy that time traveling with my husband and don't want to be held back by my weight and health. I love the accountability that My Fitness Pal has built in.
