Medication has calories !!!

i just found out that's my meds have calories.
I am greatful that I found out.
Sure it's only about 70 cals aday, but hey that could have been food.
I didn't think about it until I was reading the ingredients on the back.
So I scaned it and it came up

My vitamins are 45 calories a day - but I take a gummy multi vitamin and gummy calcium.

Honestly, i ignore the calories in my calcium gummies that my dr recommended i take. But stuff like nyquil, geeze, lol. 90 calories for a dose. I was on codeine cough syrup for awhile last month and don't even want to know how many calories were in that, lol

Fish oils, multivitamins, tums and pepto all have calories. I wouldn't worry about it though, unless you're eating like 15 tums a day
